It bundles over a thousand plain-markdown files, each teaching an assistant to complete one task to the standard a senior professional would hold: writing a PRD your team can execute, running a blameless postmortem, decoding a lease before you sign, or rehearsing for the promotion committee. The value sits in the structure packed into every skill, a framework plus output template, quality checks, and anti-patterns, which is more than a one-off prompt can give you. Because the files are plain text, there is no runtime or telemetry; you install them by copying them into Claude Code or running a single command for ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, and Codex. Product managers and founders get the most immediate use, but the catalogue reaches well beyond product work into everyday professional tasks, and it is open enough to read and adapt before you adopt.
