Why we included this project

The gap between reading a paper and reproducing its results is where most research projects stall, and this index tries to close it by collecting AI conference papers that come with open source code. Papers are grouped by venue and year, from ACL, EMNLP, NAACL and COLING through AAAI, IJCAI, ICLR, NeurIPS and ICML, spanning 2019 onward, so finding the implementation behind a specific result takes minutes rather than a literature dig. Because conference papers usually compress or omit implementation details, the accompanying repository often answers questions the text leaves open, which helps when you are building on a method, validating a baseline, or teaching yourself a technique from code. It is community-maintained and accepts pull requests, so coverage tracks new conference editions without depending on a single maintainer. For survey work or an early prototype, this is a reference shelf, not a piece of software you run.
