Why we included this project

Teams building content-heavy web apps on the .NET stack often spend weeks wiring up a backend and admin panel that Mixcore already includes. It works as both a headless and a decoupled CMS, with a full back-office covering multilingual content, media, roles, and permissions, all sitting behind an API-first layer. The admin UI builds on Bootstrap 5, and the data layer supports MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or SQLite, so it tends to fit whatever database a team already runs; the Docker images get a working instance up in minutes. Content can also be served to AI assistants through its MCP support, handy when editorial data needs to feed chatbots or agent tooling.
