Why we included this project

Second Me is a personal AI agent that you train to act as a digital version of yourself. Instead of answering like a generic assistant, it learns your identity and context through a hierarchical memory model, and it runs locally on your own hardware so your data and the trained model stay under your control. Once trained, you can launch this AI self onto a decentralized network where other people or applications can interact with it on your behalf, with your permission. That makes it a good fit for developers and tech leads who want to build personalized, privacy-respecting agents that represent a real person, whether for roleplay or delegation. The project is still an evolving prototype, so it suits teams comfortable experimenting with local model training and deployment more than teams that need a turnkey production service.
