Why we included this project
bm.md exists because pasting Markdown into WeChat's public account editor usually ends in a formatting mess. It pairs a live CodeMirror preview with eight typography styles and fourteen code themes, so you can see exactly how a post will render before it goes out. The tooling around that is practical too: finished posts export as JPEG or PNG images, or as paginated PDFs, and Office, PDF, or EPUB files can be converted back into Markdown for editing. A CLI, a REST API, and an MCP interface let developers reuse the same formatting pipeline in other tools or automation. If you publish Markdown to WeChat or the web regularly, this removes most of the manual copy-paste and tweaking.
