Why we included this project

This repository is less a single script and more a full production pipeline for turning novels or stories into multi-episode AI video series. It packages a Claude Code skill that walks you from a four-act screenplay through numbered character, scene, and prop prompts to per-episode storyboard prompts written for Seedance 2.0's timeline format. The docs also cover the fiddly bits that usually trip people up: keeping a consistent style prefix across generated images, working within the nine-image and three-video reference limits, and chaining episodes with the video-extension feature so cuts stay seamless. Three worked examples (Lin Chong, Nie Feng, and a necklace story) show the whole path from source text to finished episodes. If you want a repeatable process instead of improvising prompts every time, this is a solid reference to crib from.
