Why we included this project

If your workflow already runs on OpenCode and you've hit the ceiling of a single-threaded assistant, this repo is worth a close look. It's a clone-and-install configuration that turns Claude into a self-organizing swarm: you state the goal, it breaks the work into pieces, spawns parallel agents, and coordinates them through bundled CLI backends. The interesting part is the memory: the system tracks which approaches actually work, drops patterns that keep failing, and lets confidence fade for strategies that haven't been revalidated, so the setup gets smarter the more you use it. Be clear on what you're getting, though, this is a config rather than standalone software, you install OpenCode plus Ollama for local embeddings, and the included command-line tools are called by agents, not typed by you. For developers standardizing on OpenCode, it's a solid starting point rather than a finished product.
