Why we included this project

Anyone doing research in transfer learning, domain adaptation, or domain generalization will find this hard to beat as a starting point. The maintainer has organized papers, tutorials, surveys, benchmark datasets, and runnable code into one index, so you can go from reading a survey to running a baseline without hopping between a dozen repositories. The code section is the practical core: it covers traditional and deep adaptation methods, domain generalization baselines, and distance-based approaches you can adapt for your own experiments. It is a curated research map, not deployable software, but for finding the right method and dataset it saves real time.
