Why we included this project
This is a Chinese-language roadmap through machine learning, put together by a Microsoft researcher whose own work is in transfer learning. It does not hand you a single tool; instead it lays out a full self-study path, pairing the standard textbooks (Zhou Zhihua's Machine Learning, Li Hang's Statistical Learning Methods, PRML) with their code implementations and pointing to video lectures from Andrew Ng, Hung-yi Lee, and Siraj Raval, plus Kaggle's beginner competitions for hands-on practice. The links are grouped by what you need them for, with sections for math and Python prerequisites, framework cheat sheets, and survey notes on individual subfields. The original repo has since moved to a newer organization, so treat this page as the historical starting point and follow the update link to the maintained version. It is a curation resource, not software, but for a beginner working in Chinese it is a genuinely useful bookmark, and practitioners can dip into it when they want a quick refresher on a specific area.
