Why we included this project

For anyone who spends time turning GitHub repos, pull requests, arXiv or Sci-Hub papers, YouTube transcripts, or documentation URLs into LLM context, onefilellm cuts out the copy-paste grind. Point it at any of those sources and it scrapes the content into a single text or XML file, then drops it on your clipboard ready for your next prompt. It also reads local files, PDFs, notebooks, and piped stdin, so you can bundle several sources into one context with a single command. The alias system and configurable crawling options let you turn frequently used sources into repeatable shortcuts. That makes it a practical time-saver for research, code review, and documentation-heavy work with language models.
