Why we included this project
WellAlly Health is a personal health record system that runs entirely on your own machine, with no cloud account or database server in the way. It uses AI image recognition to read PDFs, reports, and photos of prescriptions, then organizes them into a structured record you can search with plain-language questions. That makes it straightforward to track symptoms over time, keep a medication list, and find relevant details in older documents without handing sensitive data to a third-party service. The project is built on Claude Code's command-line tooling, and its README is explicit that it is not affiliated with Anthropic. If your health history lives in paper folders and phone photos, this is a practical way to keep it private and actually usable.
