Why we included this project

OpenHealth tackles the common problem of health data living in separate places: lab portals, wearable apps, and checkup reports. It pulls in records like blood test results, symptoms, family history, and physical measurements, then normalizes them into a structured format an LLM can query, so you can ask questions about your own data and get answers grounded in those records. The whole pipeline runs locally through Docker, with models like LLaMA via Ollama and document parsing via docling, which is a real selling point if you don't want medical details leaving your machine. The web app comes in two modes, a quick Q&A Clinic view and a fuller platform for ongoing management, so you can start simple and go deeper when you need to.
