Why we included this project

Putting together the right agent skills for academic writing and research can take more time than the work itself. AcademicForge gathers a curated set of those skills for Claude Code, OpenCode, and Codex, spanning literature reviews, publication-ready figures, and bioinformatics work like genomics and single-cell analysis. You do not have to clone the whole repository: pick the packs you want on the site, copy the install command for your platform, and run it in your project root. If you are unsure what to pick, a prompt built into the project lets an agent read your research needs and choose the skills for you. It saves researchers and small teams the trouble of maintaining their own skill collections across different agents.
