Why we included this project

VideoAgent bundles transcription, summarization, and scene-level edits into a single pipeline, so you can move from raw footage to a finished summary or a remade clip without stitching together separate scripts. It wires language models to tools for understanding and editing, letting one workflow both interpret a video and act on it. Teams already comfortable with LLM tool-calling will find the composable agent structure familiar, and the audio-understanding and podcast-adjacent features stretch it beyond video frames alone. It's a solid, MIT-licensed base for anyone who would rather assemble agents over custom glue code.
