Why we included this project

This plugin turns a Codex session into a structured job-search workspace for engineers going through Chinese campus recruitment. Once installed, it adds five callable skills that cover the loop most applicants stitch together by hand: scouting small open-source contributions that will actually get merged, rewriting internship and project experience so it reads like it matches the posting you're applying to, building an editable resume with an optional high-density single-column template, and tracking applications from submission through to offer or rejection. Where it stands out is the restraint. The contribution skill deliberately targets low-risk fixes like typos, broken links, and documentation cleanup, and it shows the candidate diff before it forks or opens a pull request. The resume and experience tools likewise mark anything unverified as placeholder data rather than inventing titles, dates, or numbers. That makes it a practical, honest structure for developers and students who already live in Codex and want their job search run deliberately instead of relying on fresh hand-written prompts each time.
