Why we included this project

Engineers who build the technology but never see their name on the inventor line are the people this skill was written for. It turns project documents and code into a deliverable technical disclosure covering invention, utility model, and design patents, and it handles the parts that usually stall people: novelty search against the CNIPA publication site, desensitization, and a self-check loop. It also reads existing patents into plain-language notes and an Obsidian knowledge graph, so a personal patent library can grow and later support family comparison, technical-route mapping, and difference scanning. Because it follows the AgentSkills standard, it plugs into an agent harness rather than running standalone, which matters if you already orchestrate work through skills. The examination-response mode adds a small local RAG over your own past office actions, keeping drafts aligned with your historical style instead of inventing answers from scratch.
