Why we included this project

Anyone building ML skills on Google Cloud will get more from this repo than from a pile of scattered tutorials. It gathers the Advanced Solutions Lab bootcamp material into one place. The core module covers model architectures in TensorFlow and Keras, from CNNs and transformers to SNGP, across tabular, image, text, and time-series data. The MLOps material walks through training and serving TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and PyTorch models on Vertex AI and Kubeflow pipelines, and a gen AI track builds agents with Gemini and the Google ADK. Each topic comes as a labs/solutions pair, so you fill in TODO-stubbed notebooks and then check your work against the reference. Google Cloud's own training team maintains it, and since the environments are tested on Vertex AI Workbench and Cloud Workstations, the setup scripts tend to match what actually runs on the platform.
