Why we included this project

A narrated video usually starts as a script, but getting that script onto the screen is where most of the work sits. This skill takes an SRT subtitle file and turns it into a whiteboard animation on a warm paper-toned background, drawing each element in the order the narration introduces it and coloring it once the ink stroke is down. The workflow runs in steps that require your confirmation: it proposes scene splits and a storyboard, renders matching line art, then opens a preview board where you adjust the regions and timing and link each element to the subtitle line that reveals it. The renderer pairs mask-based region orchestration with a continuous pen path, so strokes already drawn stay visible while later elements are held back until their turn. That makes it a solid fit for educators, course creators, and small teams who want a consistent hand-drawn look without animating every frame by hand.
