Why we included this project

Tender responses are repetitive and time-sensitive, and this Electron desktop app targets that pain point directly. It runs on your own machine, keeps your working files and configuration local, and hands your existing material to an AI agent that drafts the proposal. A built-in knowledge base carries past cases and corporate templates into each new bid, and the tool checks for duplicated phrasing and for response items that are incomplete or likely to get the bid disqualified before you submit. You plug in any OpenAI-compatible API, including local models served through Ollama or LM Studio, which keeps per-bid cost low and lets you pick the model yourself. For small firms and solo consultants who can't justify a commercial bid-writing subscription, that mix of local control and cheap generation is a reasonable fit.
