Why we included this project

ComfyUI users who need in-between frames for smoother motion get most of the popular interpolation models in one installable node set. RIFE, FILM, AMT, and a dozen or so other methods all appear as nodes that feed on the same image-frame batches, so you can swap approaches inside a single workflow instead of maintaining several separate extensions. A scheduling multiplier lets you insert more frames in some parts of a clip and fewer in others, which matters when action sequences need dense interpolation and static shots do not. Memory is handled with a cache-clearing option that keeps long runs from eating all of your VRAM, and an experimental Taichi backend opens the door for users without NVIDIA cards. With that range of models you can pick a fast one for previews and a heavier one for final renders, which makes it a useful toolbox whether you are upscaling frame rates, building slow-motion shots, or cleaning up animation.
