Why we included this project

Most teams building browser-based video tools end up hand-stitching model APIs, a composition layer, and some storage scheme. This starter kit gives you that plumbing already connected: Next.js runs the app, Remotion handles composition, fal.ai supplies the model access, and IndexedDB covers storage, so the core flow never needs a cloud backend. Multi-clip editing, audio tracks, voiceover, and long-duration video handling come ready, as do the integrations for Minimax, Hunyuan, and LTX. If you want a reference architecture you can fork and push toward production rather than starting from a blank page, this is a practical place to begin.
