Why we included this project

Every CLI agent session carries the same tax: you re-explain your project, its people, and why a decision was made, because the model starts fresh each time. This project turns an Obsidian vault into memory those agents can actually search and update, so that context survives between conversations. Notes get edited in place rather than piling up as append-only entries, contradictions reconcile automatically, and scheduled agents consolidate the vault overnight while you sleep. The hybrid semantic search finds a detail even when you cannot recall the exact wording, and since everything stays plain markdown you can still read and maintain it yourself. Solo developers and small teams who want their note-taking and agent workflows to share one living knowledge base will get the most out of it.
