Why we included this project

Teams producing AI short-form dramas often need to turn a novel into production-ready material. This skill pack does exactly that: character bibles with image and voice prompts, an adaptation outline with beat lists and asset inventories, an art bible covering scenes and narrative props, and a screenplay with per-episode runtime estimates plus per-character dialogue sheets ready for TTS. Each skill is self-contained and installs into Claude Code or codex through symlinks, so a git pull picks up changes without reinstalling. The scripts are zero-dependency Node, and every skill ships a selftest that runs without calling a model, so you can verify the deterministic logic without spending tokens. Beyond the prompts, the scripted quality gates and selftests make this a working pipeline you can study and adapt for your own multi-step creative agent workflows.
