Why we included this project

OpenOutreach is a self-hosted email sales agent that builds an entire outbound campaign from a couple of sentences: describe what you sell, name the market you want to reach, and it goes and finds the people worth emailing. It pulls firmographic profiles from a licensed lead-data provider, scores them with a Gaussian Process regressor so the paid steps only touch the most promising candidates, then runs an LLM-driven campaign from a mailbox you own, reading replies and handling multi-turn follow-up. That makes it a natural fit for founders and small teams who have a product but no prospect list to start from. The scoring and confidence gating exist to keep the expensive work-email lookups efficient, which matters if you are watching per-lead cost. It is browserless and does no scraping, so you sidestep the terms-of-service issues common to outreach tools built on social networks.
