Why we included this project
Voice-agent interfaces tend to share the same fiddly pieces: the orb that shows the agent is listening, the live waveform, the conversation view, the audio player. ElevenLabs UI packages those as copy-pasteable React components built on shadcn/ui, so they drop into an existing Next.js project through one CLI command and stay fully yours to customize rather than locking you into a heavy framework. The components sit naturally alongside ElevenLabs' own voice APIs, but they are plain enough to adapt to other audio backends. For a team starting a React-based agent UI, pulling these in beats writing the same primitives from scratch.
