Installed once, it puts a Plugin Market entry in Settings, where you can browse and search a community catalog of well over a thousand plugins, filter by category, sort by popularity, and see screenshots before you commit. Most installs go live after a page refresh rather than a full restart, and the same panel also handles updates, uninstalls, and toggling plugins on or off, with a diagnostics view that flags load-order conflicts and dependency mismatches. A separate themes tab switches skins on demand, and JSON backup/restore exports your plugin list so you can move to another machine through WebDAV or a private GitHub Gist. One caveat worth knowing: the repository is the market app, not the catalog itself, since listings come from a curated registry. That keeps what you install tied to sources you can vet.
