Why we included this project

Korean text processing has its own set of tools, and this curated index collects the ones people actually use. It covers Korean-specific morphological analyzers and part-of-speech taggers such as Hannanum, Kkma, Komoran, and Mecab-ko, including their KoNLPy Python bindings, so you can compare options before committing to one. Beyond tooling, the list branches into datasets, papers, lectures, and community resources written in Korean, which helps you follow local research and practice. This is a reference, not a package you can install, so treat it as a starting point for assembling your own Korean NLP stack.
