Why we included this project
Starting out in NLP means confronting a mountain of papers. This repository collects readable summaries and TL;DRs of influential works, so you can get the gist of a paper before deciding whether to read it in full. Every entry points back to where the explanation came from, whether a blog post or a longer writeup. The organization borrows its tracks from the ACL conference, which gives newcomers a reasonable map of the field's major sub-areas. Coverage is community-driven, so you get multiple voices explaining the research instead of one uniform take. It works well as a companion to coursework, or as a way to survey a new topic before diving into the original papers.
