Why we included this project

This MCP server is aimed at teams that work in Feishu (Lark) and rely on AI coding assistants. It exposes Feishu documents and tasks as tools that Cursor, Claude Code, Cline, and similar agents can call directly, and it can also look up users by name or ID for task assignment and collaboration. An assistant can read a document's block structure, edit content, create new docs, or manage tasks without leaving the editor. A standalone CLI covers the same operations for terminal scripts and automation, so you do not have to run a full MCP server just to script a few calls. Because it handles real document workflows, including folder browsing, structured and chunked content reads, and keyword search, it suits teams that want their AI tools to work with the collaboration data they already use every day.
