Why we included this project

Paid search managers who are tired of exporting Google Ads reports into spreadsheets can skip that step with this MCP server. Instead of pulling reports by hand, you ask plain-language questions about campaign performance, keyword quality, ad copy, and budget spend, and Claude, Cursor, or Windsurf answers with the underlying metrics. The GAQL query tool is the most flexible part: it runs arbitrary Google Ads Query Language queries and returns results as tables, JSON, or CSV, which makes custom reporting practical without building a separate integration. The server also handles the fiddly parts of Google Ads API access, including OAuth and service-account authentication with automatic token refresh, so a marketing analyst can set it up without a developer. If your team already works with AI assistants, this is a clean way to bring ad data into those conversations.
