Why we included this project

ChatbotX is a self-hostable alternative to ManyChat that runs marketing conversations through AI agents rather than fixed keyword trees. It reaches WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, Zalo, email, and a website chat widget from one dashboard, so a team can run the same campaign across channels without juggling separate tools. The visual flow builder lets non-coders map out message sequences and conditional branches, and the shared inbox with CRM contact profiles keeps sales and support in one place. Broadcast and sequence tools handle remarketing, while the API, CLI, and MCP hooks let teams wire it into their own stack. Since it runs on PostgreSQL and Redis, businesses that want control over their messaging data can host it themselves instead of depending on a closed SaaS vendor.
