Why we included this project
Running a terminal coding agent like Claude Code, Codex, or Copilot CLI usually means babysitting one session at a time. Munder Difflin wraps those same CLIs and lets them work as a team on your own machine. Each agent gets its own working directory, a mailbox, and memory that persists across sessions, while an orchestrator routes tasks between them and only interrupts you when something is expensive, risky, or destructive. Everything runs locally with your own API keys, so code and conversations never leave your box. The office-floor view is a practical way to see which agent is doing what rather than a decoration, and the per-agent budgets and human approval gates give you real control over parallel work. If you want several coding agents grinding through long-horizon tasks without hovering over every session, the coordination model here is directly usable.
