Why we included this project

This skill removes most of the busywork between a script and a finished presenter video by handing the whole production pipeline to Codex. You give it a topic or full copy plus a single image of an authorized adult presenter, and the agent works through copywriting, voice generation, digital-human production, lip-sync, subtitles, editing, rendering, and a quality check by consulting reference docs only when it needs them. That staged reading keeps context usage low, which matters when a session has to juggle several generation steps. The workflow locks the voice track first and builds everything else around that timeline, a sane way to avoid lip-sync drift and clips that do not match. Provider neutrality means it adapts to whatever video, speech, and lip-sync APIs the environment exposes rather than forcing a vendor, and the runbook includes rights confirmation and cost warnings before any paid generation runs.
