Why we included this project

OpenMontage treats your AI coding assistant as the control room for a video production studio. It bundles a dozen production pipelines, more than a hundred tools, and hundreds of agent-skill and production-knowledge files, so the same assistant that writes your code can take a project from storyboard to finished cut. That setup suits teams and solo creators who want repeatable, scriptable workflows instead of one-off generations. Everything runs through prompts and code, and the stack leans on familiar open tools like FFmpeg and Remotion rather than a proprietary editor.
