Why we included this project

Teams often run approvals and ticket flows through spreadsheets, email, and chat, and that is the problem Loonflow targets. It is a Django-based process automation platform with a drag-and-drop process designer and a form builder, so non-developers can model approval chains while admins keep control over who sees and approves what. The part that matters for AI users is its Model Context Protocol ticket server: an MCP client, for instance an AI-assisted editor, can list and inspect tickets and take action on them through authenticated tools that reuse the same permission-aware services as the web UI. That lets an assistant triage or prepare ticket work without a separate integration layer. A REST API and hook extension points round it out as a hub connecting existing systems like CMDB, CI/CD, and OA.
