Why we included this project
For anyone doing genomics or transcriptomics with Claude Code, this bundle gives the agent a grounded sense of how Bioconductor packages actually work. It covers the 100 most-downloaded Bioconductor packages plus 100 rising stars, each as a skill that says when to reach for the package, which analysis workflows it supports, what parameters matter, how to read the output, and where people usually trip up. The recipes come from the packages' own vignettes and are fact-checked, so the agent is not improvising from generic LLM knowledge; there are 390 workflow recipes across the 200 packages, covering things like DESeq2 differential expression, ChIP-seq peak calling, and single-cell pipelines. That makes it a practical upgrade for teams that already lean on Claude Code for R/Bioconductor work and want fewer hallucinated steps in real analyses.
