Why we included this project
Dark web searches are noisy, and Robin lets an LLM do the filtering before you read anything. Through a Streamlit web interface you set up an investigation, and the tool refines your query, drops irrelevant hits from dark web search engines, and writes a summary of what it actually found. Model support spans OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and local options like Ollama or any other OpenAI-compatible endpoint, which matters when you want sensitive queries to stay on machines you control. Follow-up questions are answered from the investigation's own data rather than triggering a fresh search, one-click suggestions surface new leads to chase, and you can save findings for reporting. The project recommends Docker for running it and is clear that it is intended for lawful, investigative use.
