Why we included this project
The author built this guide from his own interview preparation notes, and it shows: he received offers from Meta, Google, Amazon, Apple, and Roku in 2020, then went through the process again in 2025 for AI tech lead roles at Amazon and Apple. The material is organized into the typical interview modules in a sensible order, starting with general coding and data structures, then machine learning fundamentals, deep learning, and system design for AI systems. Everything is written up in chapters and Jupyter notebooks, so you can work through one section at a time. Because interviewing is a practiced skill rather than something you learn by reading, the repo works best as a structured checklist to pair with hands-on problem solving.
