Why we included this project

QwenPaw is a self-hosted personal assistant that runs in your own environment, so your data stays local while you still get a capable AI companion. It plugs into the chat apps you already use, including DingTalk, Feishu, Discord, and Telegram, and answers in whichever channel you message it. That makes it practical for individuals and small teams who want an assistant without handing data to a third-party host. Beyond plain chat, it can run scheduled tasks and check-ins on a timer, and it supports multiple independent agents that collaborate through skills to finish more complex jobs. Capabilities extend through a skill system plus MCP tool servers, and it can run large language models locally with no API keys, which matters if you need offline operation or strict data control; a built-in web console handles configuration, channel setup, model selection, and skill management, so the whole thing stays approachable for someone who wants a working assistant rather than a framework to assemble.
