This Windows x64 desktop app gathers the main upscaling and frame-interpolation engines, including Waifu2x, Real-ESRGAN, Real-CUGAN, and Anime4K, behind a single interface. You can enlarge images, GIFs, and video without switching between command-line tools, and the built-in frame interpolation step smooths video after upscaling. Multi-GPU support and per-engine thread settings give you control over speed and quality on Windows hardware.
