Why we included this project

TouchDesigner users who want an AI assistant to actually act inside their projects rather than just talk about them can use this MCP server. It links an LLM to the TouchDesigner WebServer DAT, giving the agent the ability to create and delete nodes, inspect the project structure and node properties, and execute arbitrary Python scripts. That turns natural-language requests into real edits, which helps with repetitive wiring, learning unfamiliar operator libraries through the introspection tools, or steering a live show while you focus on the creative side.
