Why we included this project
pwc is a hand-curated index that connects machine learning papers from the major conferences to the code that implements them. Entries are grouped by year and ranked by how many stars the linked repository has, so you can quickly see which implementations gained traction in a given year. For researchers and engineers trying to reproduce a result or reuse a technique, that removes the usual chore of hunting through a paper to find out whether code exists and where it lives. It is a reference rather than software you run, and it remains a handy way to locate classic papers and their codebases, though the list has not been updated since early 2020.
