Why we included this project
Most software engineers who want to learn machine learning run into the same problem: the standard textbooks assume a math background they don't have, and the tutorials online pull in every direction at once. This repo answers that with a multi-month study plan written by someone who made the jump himself, from self-taught mobile developer to ML engineer. It takes a top-down, results-first approach, keeping hands-on work ahead of theory, and lays out a daily schedule of videos, articles, and exercises so you always know what to study next. The author is upfront about prerequisites, and the plan has been translated into several languages, which makes it a practical on-ramp for a team trying to move engineers from non-ML backgrounds into the field. It's a curriculum, not a tool you install, but for planning your own learning path it is one of the most complete roadmaps around.
