Why we included this project

Reading a dense arXiv paper and turning it into something you can actually show people usually takes hours of manual work. This skill pack automates most of that: drop in a PDF, and it can produce publication-style method figures or hand-drawn-looking sketchnotes, write a full HTML article with KaTeX formulas and Mermaid diagrams, or build a designed slide deck that exports to PPTX and PDF. It installs as agent skills for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Windsurf, with no API keys or accounts to set up. Each workflow reads the whole paper first, proposes a plan you can approve or tweak, and lets you iterate on individual outputs. That makes it handy for lab meetings, thesis defenses, and literature reviews, where the same paper often needs to be presented differently to different audiences.
