Why we included this project

RemoveWindowsAI is a PowerShell script for Windows 11 users who have had enough of the AI features Microsoft keeps folding into its 25H2 builds. It disables Copilot, Recall, and Edge's Copilot integration, then goes past registry toggles to remove AI appx packages and hidden Component-Based Servicing components. A custom Windows Update package stops those packages from reinstalling, and a scheduled check catches anything Windows quietly restores after a patch. The script can also swap the newer AI apps back to classic Notepad, Paint, and Photo Viewer. Administrators running it across multiple machines get the most value here, and the bundled manual covers the settings a script cannot touch on its own.
