Why we included this project

Unblink treats a camera feed as something you can talk to, not just record. A small node runs inside your network, pulling RTSP and MJPEG streams through go2rtc and sending frames to Qwen3-VL, which summarizes what it sees. You can then ask questions in plain language about a moment or search recorded footage by describing it. The public relay server handles authentication and configuration while the node stays private, so home and small-business setups get monitoring without exposing cameras directly. Prebuilt binaries for Linux and Windows mean you can be up and running without installing a Go toolchain.
