Why we included this project

DeepSeek Harness users who want reasoning behavior that adapts to the task, rather than a fixed prompt, will find this kit useful. It pairs a runtime injector with a router preset: the injector adds live tooling, including hot-reload, injection, uninstall, and route self-healing, without restarting the harness, while the preset looks at the first user message and picks a reasoning mode and persona before the first model request. The preset works from measured behavior bands, with spec planning first, react executing, and a mixed band it deliberately avoids, and it injects short per-turn guidance that keeps routing and convergence high while preserving plan-mode boundaries. A separate mode-boost plugin layers persona convergence and adaptive dispatch on top. For anyone already on DSH who wants automated reasoning-mode routing instead of hand-tuned prompts, this is a documented starting point with a paper and P1-P23 results.
