Why we included this project

WAS Node Suite is one of the largest custom node packs for ComfyUI, bundling more than 210 nodes for image processing, masking, text handling, and some experimental video tools. If you build image-generation workflows and keep reaching for the same preprocessing and post-processing steps, this pack puts them all in one place instead of forcing you to juggle many small extensions. Teams that want a shared set of operations, like cropping, blending, filtering, color grading, or prompt wildcard handling, can keep workflows consistent without much fuss. The honest caveat is that the project is retired and no longer under active development, so treat it as a stable utility set rather than something that will gain new features. The documentation and community forks are still useful references if you standardize on these nodes.
