Why we included this project

This is a Simplified Chinese localization of Matt Pocock's skills collection, aimed at developers who work with coding agents in Chinese. The natural-language instructions and skill descriptions are translated, while directory names, skill names, commands, code blocks, paths, and tool identifiers stay as they are, so installation and runtime behavior match the original exactly. That split is deliberate: the point is to cut the concept-switching cost for native Chinese speakers and to give Chinese-optimized models cleaner prompts, not to fork the tooling. You install it the same way as the upstream version, either through the skills installer or as a Claude Code plugin, and the setup skill walks you through picking an issue tracker, labels, and a docs location. If you already use these skills in English, this version keeps the same workflow in a Chinese context.
