Why we included this project
This is a hand-curated index of system design material, organized like a study guide rather than a piece of software you install. Case studies are grouped by company, with separate sections for fundamentals, interview questions, AI engineering notes, and white papers, so someone prepping for a system design interview or brushing up on distributed systems can jump straight to the topic they need. The case studies are the most useful part: they walk through how real products such as S3, Discord, and Disney+ Hotstar solved scaling problems, which teaches more than generic textbook diagrams. Engineers and students who want a structured path through high-level design, scalability, and interview prep will find the alphabetical and topical layout easy to navigate. It is a learning resource and reference collection rather than a deployable tool, which suits its purpose as a study aid.
